Returns
Return is not possible as the Items in Designerden is not physical. So, before you order for any of the item please inspect whether you actually need that or not. You can also watch Demo Video or Screen short of such items from Product Page and Descriptions.
There are some other cases where refund is possible that is Error in Download Page or If download fails. In such cases you need to share the screen shot.
You have 07 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return,
If the Item is downloaded successfully to your device and you don’t need that item. In such case refund is not possible.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we verify that you are eligible for refund , we will inspect it and notify you that we are initiating refund. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
